Valerie is a Chartered Physiotherapist, trained acupuncturist and a Certified APPI Pilates Instructor. On completion of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UCD, followed by a Masters of Science in Sports Medicine. Valerie has a Licentiate in Acupuncture and a Certificate in Acupuncture for Physiotherapists
Valerie has completed a suite of APPI Pilates courses including matwork one, two and three. In addition, has completed APPI Pilates for Mindfulness training, Pilates for Runners and Pilates for Kids & Teens, Pilates for Osteoporosis, Ante & Post Natal Pilates and Pilates for Menopause, and has completed APPI Reformer training level one, two and three.

Zoe has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in acute oncology services for over six years, supporting people throughout their cancer treatment and recovery. In 2025, Zoe completed a Master's in Cancer Survivorship, further developing her expertise in cancer rehabilitation.
She is passionate about providing individualised, person-centred core that focuses on your goals. Whether you ore recovering from treatment, managing pain, rehabilitating after surgery, experiencing lymphoedema or returning to activity, she will work with you to create a personalised rehabilitation programme that meets your needs.

As well as treating muscle and joint pains and injuries, Vanda specialises in neurological rehabilitation and balance and mobility issues.
She offers a choice of individual consultations and small group exercise sessions tailored to suit your needs.
Vanda has over 25 years’ experience working in hospitals, rehabilitation centres and community services in Ireland, UK and the USA. She also holds a Licentiate in Acupuncture, is a Postural Stability Instructor and a Dementia care champion.
